Senior Judges of the Supreme Court just erased three convictions against Denis Robert, emphasizing "the general interest of the subject and the thoroughness of the investigation" Clearstream and condemned to pay 9,000 euros. Clearstream will repay more Denis ROBERT sums he has paid as a result of his previous convictions.
The case comes back before the Court of Appeal of Lyon for a final trial in which Denis Robert may seek damages as well as publications in various newspapers.
